How many guests can Villa Angel accommodate?
Up to 6 guests: 2 bedrooms with 160×200 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Is the accommodation fully private?
Yes. The 100 m² accommodation has its own entrance, and the garden, pool, pool house and outdoor areas are for guests only, with no overlooking neighbours. We live in a separate part of the property and stay discreet during your stay.
Is the pool private and open all year?
Yes, the pool is for guests only and open all year. It is 1.5 m to 2 m deep and protected by a child safety gate.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Yes: a large fenced garden, a pool with a safety gate, a trampoline, table tennis and a pétanque court. A cot, high chair and pushchair are available on request.
How far are Nice, the airport and the beaches?
About 20 minutes by car to Nice, Nice Côte d'Azur airport and the Villeneuve-Loubet beaches. Vence is 10 minutes away, Saint-Paul-de-Vence 15 minutes, Cannes 35 minutes and Monaco 40 minutes. A car is recommended.
Is there parking?
Yes, secure private parking for 2 cars is included in the rental, inside the gated property.
Is the villa in a quiet area?
Yes, the property is surrounded by nature in a very quiet residential area of La Gaude, yet only a few minutes from shops and about 20 minutes from the sea.
Are there places to eat outdoors?
Yes: a large panoramic terrace, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and several sunny or shaded spots for lunch, dinner or relaxing.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, the property is fully fenced. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or in the pool.
Can I work remotely from Villa Angel?
Yes, the villa has 1 Gb/s fibre with one Wi-Fi network indoors and another by the pool.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 10 am. Check-in is self-service: access codes are sent 24 hours before arrival, and a digital guide helps you throughout your stay.
Are parties allowed?
No. The villa is non-smoking indoors, and quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am out of respect for the neighbours.
