From November to February, outside the French Christmas and winter school holidays, nightly rates are reduced by 30% for stays of 28 nights or more. The discount is applied automatically in the booking form, no code needed.
- Example in January 2027: 28 nights at €170 = €4,760, i.e. €3,332 after the discount, plus €150 end-of-stay cleaning.
- Eligible periods: 1 November to 18 December 2026, then 4 January to 5 February 2027.
- If your stay overlaps the holidays, the discount applies to the nights outside them.

Winter in La Gaude
Winter on the Riviera is mild and bright. From the villa, Nice Côte d’Azur airport and the beaches are about 20 minutes away, Vence 10 minutes and Saint-Paul-de-Vence 15 minutes. Weekends are for hilltop villages, markets, hikes on the Baous and, in February, the Nice Carnival and Menton Lemon Festival.
Supermarket 3 minutes away, bakery 7 minutes: a car is still recommended.

What is provided?
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, as well as fibre Wi-Fi. The €150 end-of-stay cleaning fee is added to the nightly price; the full breakdown is shown before payment.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, the property is fully fenced. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or in the pool.
